Country: Namibia Region: Windhoek The C26 Gravel road from Windhoek is probably the most scenic, although not the easiest route into the Namib Desert and Sossusvlei. Well below you runs the Kuiseb River and in the distance is the Gamsberg, "Namibia's Table Mountain". A very steep alternative is the Spreetshoogte pass but the most accessible route is the Remshoogte Pass. |
