Addo Elephant National Park |
|
|
Country: South Africa Region: Eastern Cape The elephant park started in the 1930’s in an effort to save the handful of remaining gentle giants from extinction. With success… today there are over 450 elephants and countless of other animals. Due to a recent extension the vast Addo Park now offers five different biomes, including a marine reserve. Addo is the only game park that boasts the “Big 7”: the Big Five plus whales and great white sharks. |
